Children and extra beds
Children aged below 5 years shall be complimentary without bed. Children aged above 6 years and up to 12 years shall be charged at child rates. Guests above 12 years shall be charged at adult rates.
Payment & Billing
Booking will be guaranteed against100% advance credit received into our account within the payment date. Payments for bookings must be received 30 days prior to arrival during season and 60 days prior to arrival during peak season or before the cut off date mentioned during reservation whichever is earlier ·Payments can be made through current dated multi city or at par cheques / DD / Cash deposits/Bank transfer through NEFT or RTGS/Credit card·
All payments to be intimated to reservation department via mail and the same would be acknowledged once it's credited · Transactions charges if any are to be borne by the payee· E invoices would be raised and sent to the designated email ID within7 days of guest checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/retention fee a syndicate would be levied on all confirmed bookings Cancellation charges are applicable on the total duration of stay and on entire booking. For cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, following charges would be levied.
